The second annual BET HER Awards takes place Friday June 21st and will be hosted by Emmy award winning journalist Shaun Robinson. Because black girls rock- this ceremony will honor trailblazing women in business, entertainment and tech. It’s one of the many epic preludes (including fan fest) to the BET Awards airing Saturday June 23rd.
Chaka Bars will be honored with the “International Global Good Award” at the 2019 BET Awards on Sunday, June 23rd in LA. The Global Good Award is BET International’s recognition of public figures who champion initiatives enacting positive social change and awareness.
