When Smokey’s mother sent him to the store with a dollar to buy cigarettes and he complained it’s not enough. She rolls her eyes to gesture that he makes it enough. This is what Agent Orange and the government is saying to Americans during the Coronavirus crisis. A one-time $1,200 check isn’t enough for most families.
