Watch NCIS Season 19 Episode 18 “Last Dance”
Previously on NCIS Season 19 Episode 17, NCIS investigates the apparent suicide of a retired Navy officer who was in Palmer and Knight’s grief group. Also, Torres gets a call from NCIS Special Agent Jane Tennant to come to Hawai’i when she gets a lead on a witness from a case they worked on together.

On NCIS Season 19 Episode 18 “Last Dance”, Reymundo Diaz, an infamous gun runner, fresh out of prison, shows up to a small gun selling deal. Reymundo wants to know where Carlos Salazar is and kills all 3 gun sellers.
Torres AKA Carlos Salazar
The team is wondering why Torres comes in late on Mondays when Parker receives a call about a triple homicide involving stolen Marine Corps weapons.
Torres is in therapy with Dr. Grace describing a reoccurring dream about his father and him. Dr. Grace brings up Torres’ drinking and asks Torres if he even wants to be sober. Torres receives a phone call, calling him away to the scene before he has to answer.
The team finds money and the stolen guns that were headed for Quantico. Medical Examiner Palmer explains the 3 dead men all have long rap sheets. A local cop tells Parker that there was a witness, Travis Williams.
Travis tells Parker that he was part of the gun deal, but parked down the road, and Reymundo never saw Travis. Travis explains that Reymundo is killing people looking for Carlos Salazar. Parker asks Travis who Carlos is, and Travis points at Torres! Torres and Travis recognize each other.
Lies and Guilt
6 years ago Torres went undercover as Carlos Salazar to bust Reymundo. Reymundo never found out that Carlos was a plant. Torres recognizes the driver of Reymundo’s getaway car, Rene Romero.
McGee asks Torres about being undercover for long term and Maria, Torres’ connection to Reymundo. Torres says he promised Maria to live with her and love her forever if she would testify against her own cousin, Reymundo. Maria did and Torres never saw her again.
As McGee and Torres are driving to Rene’s house, Rene shoots at them and a high-speed chase ensues. Torres catches up to Rene. Rene lets Torres know that Reymundo knows Carlos is Torres and NCIS.
Unsafe House
Torres and Knight question Rene and Rene flips on Reymundo. Rene tells Torres that Reymundo wants him dead and that Reymundo is also after Maria. Torres is livid.
Torres begs Director Vance to find out where Maria is. Vance contacts the witness protection program. They say they haven’t heard from Maria in a week. Torres says Parker and he will meet them at Maria’s safe house. When Parker and Torres arrive, Maria is missing and there is blood in her bedroom. Parker puts Torres in a safe house immediately.
Rene tells Knight that Reymundo is out of the gun-running business now. Reymundo is messing around with pills though and Rene overheard that Reymundo was looking for a large number of pills from the Happy Pharmacy.
Torres calls Dr. Grace, drunk at 11 o’clock, worried about becoming his father. They both abandoned people. Torres hears a noise and hangs up. He grabs his gun and opens the door. It’s Maria!
Abandoned
Maria tells Torres that she stabbed the man Reymundo sent after her to escape. She swears she won’t go back into witness protection. It’s not a good life.
Knight finds out from the Mexican prison Reymundo escaped from that Reymundo isn’t selling and running pills now. Reymundo is very sick and dying.
Maria and Torres clear the air over Torres lying to her and abandoning her. Torres apologizes genuinely. Maria tells Torres the man that attacked her had a gun tattooed on his hand. Torres knows it was Pablo Silva.
McGee and Parker go to find Pablo to bring him in for questioning. They find his RV but Pablo isn’t there. Maria’s witness protection agent is though, dead, with torture markings!
Making Amends
Torres gives Maria a gun and his phone and heads out to confront Reymundo in the hallway. Maria calls McGee for backup.
Torres sneaks up behind Reymundo. When Reymundo turns to shoot Torres, Torres shoots Reymundo in the head, ending it. Torres returns for Maria and finds her in the bathtub with a dead Pablo laying on the bathroom floor.
Torres returns to see Dr. Grace. She can tell there has been a weight lifted off of Torres’ shoulders. He says making amends with Maria has relieved some of the stress and guilt he lives with. Torres tells Dr. Grace he wants to be sober and happy.
