We’ll see her personal take on her career beginning from an urban radio show, to rise to The Wendy Williams Show and famed celebrity ‘Hot Topics,’ to struggles with divorce- chile… they even show when she fainted on television. We get all the dirt in this flick. The film premieres on January 30th at 8 pm EST on Lifetime. The Wendy Williams Story… What A Mess! documentary airs right after the movie at 10 pm EST.

The self-titled “Queen of all Media” or “Queen of Gossip” as we like to call it opens up in this pair of media. Whatever you title her, you cannot deny how brutally honest she is in interviews with celebs. I mean, she flat out asked Whitney Houston, “are you still on drugs?!” For decades she was the sniper pulling the trigger at celebrities- digging into their personal messy drama. However, in recent years, she has been the target of her own Hot Topics. Karma huh? Anywhoo… we get a deeper look at her drive and ambition defying all the doubters and naysayers to fulfill her dream in media.
