Dubbed as the ‘Soundtrack of Black America,’ Urban One, in conjunction with the event’s sponsor T-Mobile, has confirmed its upcoming ‘Urban One Honors‘, a ceremony that pays homage to those that have made an outstanding impact within the fields of music, entertainment, media, and the community in general. The event is set to go ahead on MLK Day, Monday, January 17th, 2022, via TV One & Cleo TV.
Urban One Honorees
The honorees will include some of the biggest names from music and entertainment. This year’s event will be presented by singer, songwriter, Grammy winner, and producer Ne-Yo.
With such a huge pedigree to follow in years gone by, this year’s ceremony promises just as much, if not more. Here are just some of the attendees and the awards they will receive.
