Hip Hop and R&B favs included “I Am Hip Hop” award recipient Lil Kim, 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards host Lil Duval, show presenter Teyana Taylor, the boss Rick Ross, Chitown’s very own Chance The Rapper, Junior Mafia’s Lil Cease, Dave East, Kash Doll, Tommie Lee formerly of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta plus many more celebs. Casanova stopped by to chat about his upcoming album Behind These Scars. The project features Gunna, Young Thug, Chris Brown, Fabolous and more. We spoke with YK Osiris again and we discussed his rapid success as an artist at such a young age. We caught up to super hot music producer J. White Did It. You’ve heard tons of his music including Cardi B’s “Bodak Yellow” and “Money” tracks. He gave Cardi her pat on the back for her moonshot in success. He’s working with some of Hip Hop and R&B elites for upcoming projects including Megan Thee Stallion, Gucci Mane, Usher, and Mary J. Blige to name a few.

Junior Mafia’s Lil Cease stopped by to talk about his new album and mixtape dropping in November called Heart Of The City. Many people tell me I favor this beauty, Tommie Lee, formerly of Love & Hip Hop… what do you think? She told us why she decided to leave the hit TV show. Stating, it was time for her to elevate and move on from that stage in her life and career. We spoke with Black Ink Crew: Compton’s reality television star KP “iAm Compton” regarding new singles he’s dropped as well as the reality TV franchise expanding on the west coast.

Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood star and music producer A1 told us about his works with various artists as well as his upcoming single featuring OT Genesis called “Look.” Black Music Honors “Urban Music Icon Award” recipient Tamika Scott from the super female quartet Xscape recently started her own record label and naturally signed her own daughter, Young Niyah. This self-proclaimed “Princess Of The South” just dropped a single and music video called “Like Whoa.” Watch her reaction to meeting Lil Kim in person.

We spoke with an African artist Sarkodie. They compare him to being the Jay-Z of Ghana. This awards show was the first time BET has honored international artists at the gala and he won “Best International Flow.” His latest project is called Black Love. It’s a surprise album coming soon. It’s dedicated to “the year of return to the motherland for black people.” We concluded this episode with Micky Munday. He’s a musician and reality TV star on Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood. He made a bold claim, “I guarantee you this time next year I’m gonna be the biggest star here!” And we support that claim after he blazed off some bars in our interview.
