TV One is a television network aimed at Black viewers; telling and amplifying the stories of this under-represented demographic. It launched in 2004 and is a solely owned subsidiary of Urban One, Inc., formerly known as Radio One, Inc. The network reaches more than 59 million households (according to the company’s profile in 2020.)

The 50th annual NAACP Image Awards nominations were recently announced and Celebrity Myxer has the full list of nominees. Featuring and honoring only predominantly black entertainment- the all-star celebrity awards show has included many top names in the entertainment industry across film, television and music. The show will air live on TV One on Saturday March 30th.
