The wait was worth it as Ross delivers a strong Hip Hop album laced with his classic wealthy braggadocious, boss talk lyrics and dope beat production. The “Maybach Music” series is, of course, continued on this joint. Number six in the installment features the vocals of John Legend and rhymes of Lil Wayne in a classic piano fueled joint. Nipsey Hussle features on a track along with the vocals of Teyana Taylor. Earlier in the week, Ross teased us with the visuals for “Turnpike Ike.” Simple set featuring a fancy Ferrari, a rare bottle of Belaire Rose Luxe, Ross and a babe in all black dancing about. It’s Rick Ross so we cannot get an album for him without some bass-banging trap music. Yet he always balances it out with smooth phonetic beats.
