Warning… Spoilers below!

On NCIS Season 19 Episode 20 “All or Nothing”, a man in a van goes through the car wash and by the time he comes out, the attendant finds him dead with blood dripping down his face.

Date Photos

Knight drops photos of her and Palmer on a date for a wedding. Torres and McGee heckle her.

Palmer asks Knight out for coffee which doesn’t go well and then declares that Navy Reservist John Murphy, the dead man at the car wash, died from some form of toxin. Torres finds slot machines in the back of John’s van.

Ducky’s Back

The team finds out that John is widowed and an investigative reporter. Hines says the GPS trackers on the slot machines have been removed. Knight points out that John was fired 3 weeks ago and the slot machines are stolen!

Torres says John is in a heap of debt. Palmer needs time off to help transport an organ for transplant. Knight offers to go as security with Palmer.

Parker finds Ducky in the lab, talking to a dead John. Ducky says John was poisoned with arsenic.

Palmer and Knight show up to pick up the liver for transport. They have seven hours to get the liver to the donor. They thought they would be alone and able to talk, only to find out that a hospital liaison, Dr. Scott Long, will accompany them.

Hines tells Torres that the slot machines belong to the DOJ, and John hacked the slot machines and was going to put them back. On the ride to transport the liver, Knight sees a spike strip, veers off the road, and crashes. Someone starts shooting at their vehicle and kills Dr. Scott. Knight and Palmer leave the accident as shots are being exchanged!

Palmer and Knight on the Run

John had a partner, Ana Brooks, a software engineer for Vega Gaming. Ana wanted out and was scared someone at Vega had found out, the team believes.

Palmer and Knight are getting their alone time as they walk through the woods. Knight wants to look for the highway 10 miles away. Torres and McGee show up at Ana’s apartment and the building manager says Ana up and ran off 2 months ago, but was a very nice, helpful girl.

Palmer’s blood sugar gets low and Knight finds him in a mushroom to eat, but Palmer has packed a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. A gunman sneaks up on Palmer and Knight, and Knight circles around to take them out. Palmer gets shot in the process. They hear a radio go off asking if Rick is there. Knight fashions a tourniquet and they run off again.

Parker finds Hines having way too much fun surrounded by slot machines in her lab. Ducky comes in and announces that the liver being transported is for Ana, who needs it because she is dying from cirrhosis. He has found in Ana’s doctor. Ducky tells everyone that Palmer and Knight are missing with the liver for Ana.

Surgery in the Woods

Palmer and Knight try to make their way through the woods and stumble upon a deer that was freshly killed by a bear. Parker wants Knight to remove the bullet from his ass! They both take a shot, and she uses her bare hands to try to pull the bullet out. Palmer decides that this is the time to tell Knight how he feels about her. As Knight is sewing him up, she says she likes him too, but she doesn’t want to jeopardize their friendship, he is her best friend.

Troopers find Knight’s vehicle and an unidentified dead body. The team is worried about whose dead body it is. Torres and Parker head to investigate while McGee figures out why the DOJ is interested in Ana.

Director Vance and McGee video calls Deputy Attorney General for the DOJ, Mara Reeves, who tells them Ana is working with them and has been in protective custody for 2 months. Anna is helping them build a case against Vega Gaming’s CEO Paul Newhope, who was stealing money from the slot machines. John was investigating Vega and it got John killed.

Palmer and Knight find out they’re half a mile from the highway. The radio goes off again, and they know the killers are close. Knight tells Palmer to take the liver and head to the highway. Knight will lead the killers away.

A Second Date

Ducky asks Director Vance if they know who the dead body is that was found outside of Knight’s vehicle. Parker and Torres show up on-site and inform everyone that it isn’t Knight or Palmer’s body. It’s Dr. Scott’s.

Hines finds out that Doctor Scott received a $500,000 deposit, and he was telling the killers where the liver was. As Knight distracts the killers from Palmer, she gets caught and Palmer shows up with the cooler and the liver they want. The killers just don’t want Ana to receive the liver transplant, so she can’t testify against Vega Gaming. Palmer slips Knight a knife, and they attacked both killers. Knight saves Palmer’s life just as Torres and Parker shows up.

Knight heads to find Palmer in the lab and bumps into Ducky. Ducky says his goodbyes and leaves Palmer and Knight alone. Knight thanks Palmer for coming back to save her. As they leave together, Knight asks Palmer out for coffee!
