Watch NCIS Season 19 Episode 11 “All Hands”
Previously on NCIS Season 19 Episode 10, the team investigated a case where an Afghan-born Naval officer was framed for stealing military drone software. The culprit was his wife. Her plot was to frame her hubby and use his nationality against him.
Warning… Spoilers below!
On NCIS Season 19 Episode 11, an important research vessel encountered a small boat. Security initially thought it was a pirate, but it was Navy Seals and one of their men was down.
The NCIS was briefed by Navy Commander Leandra Womack about a BlackOps team stranded in the middle of the ocean with a wounded officer and got summoned to the ship.
McGee spoke with Director Vance about navigating the backdoor to gain intel on the mission. He took a trip to the basement and chatted with resident hackers Sid and Piper who were dismissive of the agent because he ditched them on a techie outing- holding a grudge from a year ago. However, they found the intel he was seeking.
The hackers found a communique from the NSA regarding a Russian arms dealer in the area but NCIS wasn’t alerted. Vance and McGee took the news to Womack and she informed them that the Seals weren’t part of the Navy. She didn’t know who they were!
Meanwhile, Agents Park, Ortiz, Knight, and medical examiner Palmer flew to the ship by helicopter. They immediately were greeted by Ian Maddux and got bad vibes. After spotting blood and questioning its source, Maddux pulled his weapon on them. The NCIS team caused a distraction and just barely missed automatic fire by soldiers!
The helicopter pilots came to the firefight, one was hit and another killed. They saved the surviving pilot and ran low on ammunition and shifted their location. The pilot gave them the copter keys and they put together a game plan to find more ammo while Palmer worked on the pilot.
The terrorists were using a signal jammer, so no phones worked. Parker figured out a way to extend the signal to attempt to get a message out.
Ortiz and Knight found a security guard, Carl, and he offered to help them but was intercepted by Maddux. They interrogated Ortiz and Knight for the location of the rest of the team. Ortiz wouldn’t tell while Knight tried to lie her way out of the situation. Though she did learn they needed the helicopter to exit and wanted the keys. They both were beaten badly.
McGee managed to get a text from Parker, it was a series of emojis and they had to figure out how to gain their location. Parker crawled into the ship’s vents and found a bloody, beaten Ortiz and Knight. Hey got much-needed intel from his agents and lured the terrorists away from his agents. Just dropped the keys for the men to easily start the chopper and fly away.
Ortiz and Knight got free and called NCIS base now that the cell jammer exited. They learned that Parker was on the helicopter in a hidden compartment!
Ortiz found something the terrorists left behind. It was a backpack full of gear from Crasis Group, a private military company. Further investigation revealed the terrorists are actually thieves and they posed as Navy Seals in order to steal the helicopter and sell it on the black market.
When the thieves landed, Parker slipped out, hiding in a hummer. He turned on the vehicle’s international distress signal to send another clue to the team. He managed to steal a grenade and confront Maddux by pulling the pin and telling him the situation can end one of two ways. Either he surrenders or he blows them both up!
Suddenly, the real Navy Seals arrived to arrest Maddux and his team of thieves…
