A fashion model and a successful businesswoman, Louisa Warwick has done what so few others have been able to do… combine elegance with acumen.

Louisa was born in Bristol, UK, where it became clear she was primed for big things. Her journey took her to New York City as the founder of British-based marketing, advertising, and PR agency: Social Acceleration Group.
Louisa began to make an impression rather quickly. To date, she has racked up an impressive list of achievements—having modeled for GQ, Cadillac, TRESemmé, Calvin Klein, and even at New York Fashion Week. Louisa’s graced the covers of Maxim and Harper’s Bazaar as well. Not being satisfied, she has also appeared on the iconic Next Top Model (Britain & Ireland) franchise.
Unlike other models, she has crossed over into other industries. Louisa was a supporting actress in the hit movie Rush alongside Chris Hemsworth. This was followed by a cameo on The Luckiest Guys on the Lower East Side, which aired on Amazon Prime.
We had a sit down with Louisa to find out how she became such a powerhouse in her field.
“Growing up, I’ve always been one of those people used to juggling many things.”
Louisa was an athlete, but not enough attention is paid to her talent. She competed for Great Britain, as a cross country runner, while making the hardest decision of all: to leave home. As a teenager, it was not something that many would contemplate—let alone do. And yet, Louisa had the foresight that was lacking amongst so many of her peers.
She was prepared for a life on the road, having attended a boarding school as a 16-year-old. At that moment, she admitted she “was used to not living at home.” Three years later, she would move to New York City to pursue a degree in Sports Management.
“Growing up, I was very sporty… and I heard about this brand new programme [sports management at NYU]. And I thought that sounds like a great fit.”

New York University (NYU) came calling, and she never looked back. But it was not all a bed of roses. She was vocal about how she had to graft to earn a position in the industry: “I didn’t have any family here, I didn’t have any friends here,” she said.
Nonetheless, that passion for sports has resonated with her to this day. Louisa completed the NYC marathon on two occasions and racked up an impressive time of 3 hours 23 minutes. She noted how it was “one of the best experiences of my life.” That drive for sports led to her business, Social Acceleration Group. Just two days after graduating, Louisa made the decision to launch her company.
“I needed a job to do after I graduated… and I knew there was a gap in the market.” Fast forward to the present, Louisa could not be any more on point. The importance of social media has grown year over year. Her company specializes in getting influencers/models extended media coverage, Instagram verification, and even published in some of the biggest outlets such as The New York Times, Business Insider, and Forbes.
By “just continuing” what she knew, Louisa has managed to build a brand that includes a reputable list of testimonials. But she did not stop there. Louisa dropped some major gems for those looking to make a name in the modeling world. And in keeping with that, she encouraged others to “sign with a reputable agency… really promote your USP [unique selling point]… [and] get a good portfolio.”
