Warning… Spoilers below!

On Law & Order: Organized Crime Season 2 Episode 18, while at Donnelly’s barbecue, the rest of the crew were uneasy about Jessie Santos getting pinched. They were worried he was going to snitch on them. They brought up a concern that they never got this much heat until Stabler showed up. Donnelly told them that Stabler might be his replacement in the future…

Cop Killers

One of Cassandra’s pieces of art was stolen and she scolded Preston about it. Preston was pissed because he smuggled a shipment of guns inside the shipment. He called Donnelly and Stabler to receive his guns and bring the thief to him. These guns fired armor-piercing round. Stabler redirected they would take the job for $50K.

Meanwhile, Sgt. Bell pressed Santos about the diamonds and the jeweler else he would take the charge for the whole Brotherhood.

Stabler barged into Cassandra’s office to discuss details of the missing shipment. Donnelly and Stabler broke into the shipper’s home to press him for information about the missing goods. He told them that he recently switched to a new security company with connections at the port authority. They figured it was a port authority cop who stole the shipment.

Code Of Silence

While at home, Eli confronted Stabler for answers about his new tattoo. Bernadette confronted Elliot about squashing memories of his own father… yet he struggled with learning the truth about his dad.

Stabler and Donnelly surveilled the port cop, Hawkins, who was at a cheap motel with a hooker. They busted in demanding to know the locations of the guns. He punched Stabler and they hemmed him up. Donnelly shot him, giving him a flesh wound, and was going to put one in his head until Stabler stopped him for more intel. They learned another person paid Hawkins to overlook the theft…

The payor was a customs broker named Victor Braden. Stabler dug up old home movies hoping that Det. Slootmaekers could recover them.

Sgt. Bell brought in Santos’ wife to help plead that he flip yet he wouldn’t. He was loyal to the Brotherhood.

Stabler spoke with Santos in private and urged him to give the Organized Crime task force something on the Brotherhood if he wanted a lighter prison sentence. Santos was pressured to give up the leader… Donnelly!

Deal With Me From Now On

When Stabler got to Braden’s warehouse, Donnelly phoned him and backed out, putting his number two in charge. Stabler decided to move forward and meet Braden alone. He was irate because Donnelly wasn’t there so he pulled one of the cop-killer machine guns and disarmed Stabler of his weapon. They got into a tussle, firing shots, then OC breached and arrested the man.

Stabler visited Donnelly’s home but he wasn’t there. His wife, Bridget, was going into labor so Stabler raced her to the hospital.

When Donnelly arrived they smoked congratulatory cigars. Donnelly stated that he was with his side chick and that police showed up at the meeting with Braden. Suddenly, Bell phoned Stabler to inform him that Santos gave up Hurley’s location. Donnelly had buried him in someone else’s grave.

Stabler visited Preston with news that his guns were confiscated. He brought him a box. Things got tense as Preston had a sharp blade in his hand and was disappointed with the cops’ work. Stabler left the box and told him that he deals with him from now on. It was Cassandra’s artwork.

Stabler got a chance to watch his home movies of him with his father and his mother embraced him for finally opening up to his father’s memory…
