Kobe Bryant To Be Inducted Into Basketball Hall Of Fame

Kobe Bryant will be inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Other classmates include Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, and
10-time WNBA All-Star Tamika Catchings of the Indiana Fever. The ceremony is expected to commence August 29th.

Kobe Bryant was a 5-time NBA champion, he won 2 Olympic gold medals with Team USA, he was ranked 3rd on the NBA all-time high scoring list (only to be surpassed by Lebron James the day before his death,) a two-time NBA Finalist and one-time regular-season MVP.

Tim Duncan is also a 5-time NBA champion, 3-time Finals MVP, 2-time NBA MVP, and one of three players with 1,000 regular season wins. Kevin Garnett, like Kobe, entered the NBA straight from high school, he has an NBA championship and Olympic gold under his belt. Tamika Catchings won a WNBA championship, is a WNBA MVP, 4-time Olympic medalist, and 5-time defensive player of the year.
