On the FBI: Most Wanted Season 3 Episode 2, the FBI hunted radical murderers who called themselves patriots. In fact, they were cowardly insurrection terrorists a part of the Jan. 6th Capital attacks. They murdered a woman who managed to conduct her own detective work and track them down as the ones responsible for injuring her father, a Capital police officer protecting the Capital that day. The hunt led to a dead militant standoff and Agent Gaines’s wits and gungho style allowed them to prevail…

On the FBI: Most Wanted Season 3 Episode 3, Judge Stuart Weaver is an extremely heavy-handed sentencing justice. He chants in his courtroom that he has a zero-tolerance policy. Suddenly, a young Black man came and sat in this court, listened shortly, and left out.

While in his car he whept at a picture of a young woman. Later that evening, the man watched Judge Weaver get into his car and he followed him. Next, the judge was bound to a tree and stripped of his clothing, and had a sign with “Criminal!” written on it hanging from his neck.

He told the judge he would be sentencing him to death! He then picked up a whip and beat the man on his back until bloody. He yelled, “This is for Sarah!”

Sentencing For Dollars

Gaines dropped her daughter with her father- they had an estranged relationship since their divorce. When Gaines got into the office, LaCroix briefed the team on the new case. They learned that the judge was dumped miles away from where he was tortured. Not only was he beaten, but executed- shot in the head!

Barnes and Ortiz had to sift through Weaver’s past cases. Looking through the files revealed the unbalanced sentencing of American American youth.

A preview of Weaver’s court revealed the man who captured the judge. Pulling more threads revealed the man waiting on Weaver and then following him. They got his plate.

More digging proved Weaver’s sentencing habits changed after he started receiving mysterious deposits into his account. He often sentenced juveniles to for-profit prisons and a harsh boarding school called Beach Moutain…

Abused & Tortured

The suspect’s name was Luke Hadley, he returned to the school to confront the administrator. He pulled a gun on the woman and pistol-whipped her. Her dumped naked body was found whipped and shot in the head with a sign saying “Soul Crusher!” around her neck.

Gaines and Barnes went to visit the boarding school’s Dean, Keith Saunders. He claimed to not know anything. However, the janitor, Harry Toler, overheard and spoke with the agents. He told them that Luke escaped as a result of Saunders pushing him too far. Saunders is known for a cruel form of abuse and torture of the kids.

The Feds tracked down a girl named Sarah from Luke’s social media page. Seems she committed suicide which triggered Luke’s rampage. More digging revealed Luke sought an online message board where a possible user, Emily Wilton, exchanged frequent messages with him. LaCroix and Ortiz went to interview the girl. They pressed her and knew she was lying so they decided to watch her… she’ll lead them to suspect.

Of course, Emily met with Luke. Though, she spots the Feds and warns him. He then pulls a gun in the crowded marketplace while they fled. LaCroix had to let them go for the safety of the people.

The team uncovered the deceased girl Sarah tenor at the treacherous school. They learned of the heinous abuse there. They hung signs on her similar to what Weaver had and humiliated the girl. They searched and found cryptic letters from her to Luke which led him to meet her mother the next day.

Luke visited Sarah’s mother, Jennifer Hayes, she was aware of the boy as Sarah wrote about him often. They talked but Luke ultimately attacked and robbed the woman. Gaines and LaCroix went to visit Jennifer who was bound and gagged by Luke. He’d taken her car and escaped. He said he was taking care of everyone who hurt Sarah

The Feds tracked the car down and chased Luke. He had Emily in the car and made her hang out the window to shoot at the police. Though he used that ploy to push her out of the car knowing the authorities would stop to help her. They tried to get her to help tell where Luke was going but she hit her head on the pavement and died immediately.

Branded

More investigation led the team back to the school where they arrested Saunders for bribing a judge. They found a photo of Luke with a mysterious man and questioned Sauders about him. Turns out it was, Eddie Groff, the school’s owner.

Luke tracked Groff down, tied him up and livestock branded the man with the words “Killer” on his chest!

The team closed in and confronted Luke while torturing Groff. Luke pulled a gun to Goff’s head. Barnes tried to talk the man down, she was very close but he pulled the gun on himself and committed suicide!

Close For Comfort

When Gaines got home, an issue she was dealing with worked itself out. She lost her temporary rental and needed a place to stay with her daughter. Her ex-husband managed to get her an apartment in his building. It might be too close for comfort but it works…
