Celebrity Myxer had the honor to cover the 2nd annual red carpet awards ceremony and fundraiser for the Jeremy Scullark Foundation. This organization’s goal is to change the mindset of Chicago youth and recognize their achievements in leadership, music, sports, activism, and more. The JSF Achievement Awards Show is the active works of Tracey Valentine created in memory of Jeremy Jevon Scullark who was a victim of gun violence in Chicago. The foundation recognizes underprivileged youth with the task of changing their mindset for success despite their surroundings. The Awards committee is composed of organizations such as rapper Vic Mensa’s Save Money Save Life, Gather Activism and other community volunteers. All proceeds benefit youth from undeserved communities.
