Previously on Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 2 Episode 9, with his living situation threatened, Famous reaches out to Lou as a last-ditch effort. Raq receives a new business proposal and must eliminate a threat. Burke closes in on what really happened in Baisley Park.

On Power Book III: Raising Kanan Season 2 Episode 10 Finale, Marvin warned crackhead Sam not to return to Southside Jamaica Queens, yet he did. He caught up to him at a smoke spot and let him get one last hit before murdering him! Sam (portrayed by Tyson Hall) was once an accountant before the crack rock got a hold of him…

Raq knows Unique is a snake but not a rat. He assured her he didn’t tell Sal about her operation. She questions him about his alliances. Raq was expanding, yet Unique told her he was not built to be an employee. He even tried to see if Raq had feelings for him, and she squashed any of his sweet feelings. It was all business for her.

Famous gave Kanan to pitch in else they would be evicted. So, Kanan took it upon himself to take what he felt was his from Raq. He took a few G-packs to sell on the streets. Marvin warned him of stealing from his mother, though Kanan didn’t care.

Jukebox confronted Corey (the teen she went to the movies with) for setting her up with the church folks. She challenged him to fight and whipped the boy. Police broke it up by arresting her.

Burke hit a crackhouse looking for Sam. She found him, but he was dead! Howard visited the scene, and Burke told her that she suspected that Sam knew who Howard’s shooter was.

Sal Boselli visited Stefano Marchetti (portrayed by Tony Danza), who ran the Southside New York Italian mob. He wanted his permission to wage war on his side of town. Stefano told him that Raq had already visited him to ask if he was with Boselli if a war broke out. Stefano warned Sal that he didn’t want to be involved. They were to end their beef quickly, and Boselli had to get back on his side of town!

Detectives interviewed Freddy’s neighbor, who witnessed his shooting, and he claimed not to know anything.

Raq met with her brothers to assure them that Stefano’s mob wouldn’t get involved in her and Sal’s beef. She mandated that they stand their ground!

Burke sprung Jukebox and asked her if Det. Howard was Kanan’s father. Jukebox denied the claim but warned Burke that police were targeting her!

Meanwhile, Marvin and Lou-Lou masked up and pulled a driveby in Jersey, killing a few of Sal’s men!

Lou-Lou received a startling letter from the bank and decided to visit. He learned that Raquel would gain Crown Camacho’s share of his company after his death. This greatly upset Lou!

Raq and Marvin met with Traymont and Abraham for a distribution deal. They declined her offer because they didn’t want to inherit another middleman. They brokered a deal with her plug, Joaquin, directly. They offered Raq money for taking care of Cartier and getting Abraham out of jail. Raq warned them about doublecrossing her!

Jukebox met with Nicole’s father, Mr. Bingham, about his inquiry into Det. Burke. He was convinced the cop supplied Nicole with the drugs that killed her. Jukebox finally came clean and told him that Nicole found the drugs in her bag and that she wouldn’t help lie on a cop.

Meanwhile, Burke spotted Kanan slinging drugs on a corner and apprehended him. Burke told Kanan that Raq was Howard’s snitch back in the day and that their relationship changed to something deeper. She told him that Defcon wasn’t his father, but that’s what everyone was made to believe. Kanan rebutted her, so she tried to arrest him, but he pushed her to the ground and ran away!

Raq visited Joaquin, and Juliana was in attendance. Juliana was the reason Traymont cut out Raq. Raquel declared their business was done, and she would find another plug. Joaquin warned Juliana how dangerous Raq was. Juliana rebutted she was too.

I Own You!

Marvin got home and heard a sound, thinking it was a robber, and drew his gun. When he investigated, it was Jukebox. She confirmed she was returning to live with him. The father and daughter connected even more.

Raq stood in her brand-new yet empty house. Lou-Lou showed up to confront her about the bank notice. She rebutted that he didn’t own anything, but she owned him. She told him how about the broken record he kept playing. She mandated that he was in the family business for life and that she owned him!

Lou went to the studio to extract his things in parting ways with Raq…

First Strike

Kanan visited Howard and confessed about pushing Burke and that the detective was probing into their past. Howard assured him that Burle’s story wouldn’t stick and warned Kanan that they all needed to talk.

Unique told Worrell that crack would not be the dominant drug in the near future and wanted to exit the crack game. Suddenly, a few of Raq’s project towers were hit by Sal Boselli’s men. Worrell was killed, and Unique managed to survive the shootout!

Sal’s men visited Lou’s recording studio and killed Zisa but were taken out by Lou-Lou!

Sal’s men hit the main project building, Marvin held them off but was shot in the gut. He sought refuge with the wheelchair-bound man who once confronted him.

Kenya went to speak with Raq at her old house. Raq’s security detail was dead. Sal’s men opened fire on them and killed Kenya! Raq held up in the house, taking out one goon, but Raq was shot in the shoulder! The shooter stood over her to finish her off, but Unique shot the man in the back, saving Raq!

Unique offered to help Raq when she was down rather than execute her. He was in alliance with her. Howard was en route with Kanan to speak with Raq and encountered the aftermath of her and Unique escaping the shootout…
